Class Size:
The courses will be run with a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 15. Class spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If fewer than 4 students register, the course will be canceled and you will be issued a full refund. If more than 15 students register, we will initiate a waiting list.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your spot in the course up to 72 hours before the beginning of the course and receive a full refund. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the course start time will still be charged the full course fee.
Class Schedule:
The class time is fixed and cannot be changed. If you are unable to attend, you can always review the recording of the session at a later time. These recordings will be made available to all registered students within 24 hours of the class session.
Warranties:
We provide no guarantee regarding students’ scores on the official tests.
Relaxation of Terms:
No relaxation, indulgence, waiver, or release by any party of any of the rights in terms of this agreement on one occasion will prevent the subsequent enforcement of such rights and does not constitute a waiver for any subsequent breach of any of the terms.
Whole Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with regard to the subject matter thereof and the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged, expressed, or implied provision not contained herein. Any alteration to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
